Fort Pierce, FL - Car Accident with Injuries on I-95

Fort Pierce, FL (August 1, 2020) - The Florida Highway Patrol was on the scene of a car accident with injuries in Fort Pierce on Saturday, August 1st. The crash was first reported around 5:30 a.m. and troopers arrived just after 6:00 a.m.

According to reports, the crash took place on Interstate 95 near mile marker 139. There is no word on the cause of the accident at this time. At least one person sustained undisclosed injuries as a result of the crash. The current condition of the victim is unknown. Police cleared away the scene and all lanes remained open for motorists traveling in the area.

No additional details have been released.
