Pedestrian accidents in Florida can cause devastating and life-altering consequences. Over 75% of all pedestrians who are involved in crashes in our state will suffer some type of injury in the crash with many requiring hospital care and extensive medical treatment. These accidents happen every day and are often caused by reckless and negligent drivers who operate without regard for the safety of others. Each Florida pedestrian crash must be carefully investigated in order to determine responsibility for the accident.
