Pedestrian accidents in Florida take place multiple times per day. Sadly, Florida is near the top of the nation in statistics related to fatal pedestrian crashes. On average, about two pedestrians lose their lives each day due to crashes on our roadways. Pedestrian accidents must be carefully investigated and police must consider a variety of factors including where the crash took place and if it was avoidable through the exercise of reasonable care and caution.
