Lee County, FL (July 20, 2020) - A 19-year-old woman was seriously hurt in a two-car crash which took place in Lee County on Sunday, July 19th. The crash happened just after 9:00 p.m. on Palm Beach Boulevard near Bellair Road. 

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a pickup truck was traveling westbound on Palm Beach when the driver crossed over the center line and struck a second vehicle that was traveling westbound on the same street. Both drivers sustained minor injuries while a female passenger in one of the vehicles was seriously hurt. The passenger's identity has not been released at this time and there is no word on whether her injuries are life-threatening. 

The crash remains under investigation by the FHP at this time. No additional details have been released.
