Tampa, FL - Serious Car Accident Reported on I-275

Tampa, FL (July 20, 2020) - Authorities were on the scene of a serious car accident in Tampa on Monday, July 20th. The crash happened in the northbound lanes of I-275 near the exit for State Road 56.

According to reports, the crash involved a van and a semi-truck. There are no details on the cause of the accident at this time or the number of injured victims. A medical helicopter responded to the scene for assistance. The northbound lanes were closed while the helicopter made its way to the scene.

Officials have not said whether any charges are expected and no further information has been released at this time.
