There were 3,150 people killed in Florida car accidents across our state in 2018. Additionally, more than 254,000 people sustained injuries in crashes that took place on Florida's roadways. Many of these victims were injured or killed when they came into contact with a negligent driver. While most Floridians drive in a safe and responsible manner there are many who choose to ignore basic safety rules and the rights of others. These drivers end up causing crashes that greatly impact the lives of innocent victims and their families.

We wish to offer our condolences to the victim's family following this fatal crash in Collier County.
