Coral Springs, FL (July 5, 2020) - Two people were killed in a Coral Springs car accident on Saturday, July 4th. The crash happened around 5:40 p.m. on Atlantic Boulevard near the intersection with University Drive.
The Coral Springs Police Department and investigators with the traffic homicide unit responded to the scene. There is no word on what caused the fatal accident to take place and the identities of those involved have not been released. Motorists were advised to avoid the area due to the heavy presence of police and rescue workers. No further details regarding the crash have been released at this time.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
