Lutz, FL (January 10, 2021) - A pedestrian was killed in a crash that took place on State Road 589 in Lutz. The accident took place on Sunday, January 10th around 6:30 p.m
The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the crash scene. According to troopers, a pedestrian was walking near the roadway when they were struck by a vehicle. The pedestrian, whose identity has not been released, was pronounced dead at the crash scene. Drivers were asked to use caution and to avoid the area if possible. There is no information on the events leading up to the crash at this time.
