Middleburg, FL - Six Students Hurt in School Bus Crash

Middleburg, FL (January 13, 2021) - Officials responded to the scene of a crash involving a school bus and another vehicle on Wednesday in Clay County. The crash took place during the morning bus route.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, an unidentified male was driving a van southbound when he collided with the back of an AMlkids school bus. There were seven high school students on the bus at the time of the accident. Six of the students were taken to a local hospital for treatment but were later released. The driver of the car has not been identified. There is no word on whether charges are expected.

There is no further information available at this time.
