Hillsborough County, FL - At Least One Hurt in Car Accident on I-4

Hillsborough County, FL (July 25, 2020) - The Florida Highway Patrol, along with paramedics, arrived at the scene of a car accident with injuries in Hillsborough County on Saturday, July 25th. The crash reportedly took place on Interstate 4 just before 12:00 p.m.

According to reports, the crash in the eastbound lanes of the highway near Mile Marker 8. The accident resulted in injuries to at least one person. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after police arrived. The area was blocked off due to the emergency vehicles being in the roadway. Motorists were advised to use caution and to find alternate routes for travel if possible. There is no word on what led up to the accident nor is there any update on the condition of the injured victim.

An investigation is ongoing at this time. There are no additional details available.
